AGREEMENT ON USE OF AUTOLINK ONLINE SERVICES

Autolink Online Services:

Autolink Online Services are designed for the interactive use of Autolink Members. These services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use. Your use of any of the Autolink Online Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

Member Account:

To avail of Autolink Online Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information requested in the application form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name, and for all activities that occur under your account. Autolink is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Any account that is not accessed within one (1) year period, will be automatically terminated.

Materials provided to Autolink:

By posting, uploading, or submitting any pictures, materials, or information ("Submission/s") to Autolink, you grant Autolink permission to use the Submission/s in connection with the operation of its Internet business, including, but not limited to, the right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat the same, and to publish your name in connection therewith. In addition, Autolink has no obligation to return any Submission/s.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of the Submission/s. Autolink has no obligation to post or use the Submission/s, and may remove the same at any time at its sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, or providing the Submission/s, you warrant and represent that you are the owner of, or have at least possess the right to use the same, including the right to post, upload, input or give the Submission/s.
