Use of Autolink Online Services:
You agree to use Autolink Online Services only to post, send, and receive messages, which are proper and related to the particular
Online Service involved. You agree that in using Autolink Online Services, you will not:
- Post or transmit any material that is unlawful, profane, harassing, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, libelous,
infringing, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically discriminating;
- Post or transmit any material that promotes illegal activity;
- Post or transmit any material that facilitates hacking;
- Post or transmit any material that exploits minors;
- Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws and you have not received the
necessary consent to upload the same;
- Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other software
or program that may damage the operation of another's computer or property;
- Download any file posted by another member when you know or reasonably should know that the file cannot be legally distributed in that manner;
- Collect information about other members, including e-mail addresses;
- Use, download, copy or provide to any person or entity, any directory of members/users of Autolink Online Services, or other member information;
- Stalk or harass other members;
- Access any other member's account by the unauthorized use of his/her password;
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other notices, or proprietary designations or labels, contained in a file that is uploaded;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent yourself for the purpose of misleading others;
- Use the Online Services in connection with unauthorized surveys, spamming, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages;
- Restrict or inhibit any other member from using and enjoying the Online Services;
- Violate any code of conduct or other guideline applicable to a particular Online Service;
- Refuse to comply with any host. Moderator, or other employee or representative of Autolink, or impede with
any action by such person to redress any violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Interfere with or disrupting Autolink servers or networks;
- Access Autolink Online Services after your account has been terminated;
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
